Getting ready!!

Doing all the last minute stuff needed to relax for a week..Pulled the suitcases out and the dogs immediately got clingy.. Its nice to have family nearby..We watch our grandson 3 afternoons a week and they come over to feed and exercise the dogs..Works pretty well :=) It does seem whenever we leave, we have a great time, but there s a trail of mini-disasters at home.. Our weekend trip to Paris that was extended 2 weeks because of the volcano... While we were on a cruise last jan, home got 3 FEET of snow..What a struggle the kids had getting over here to care for the dogs. Last summer we went to San Francisco and while we were away, a storm went thru and power was lost for 3 days. We're on a well, so no water.. so we stayed a few extra days till it was habitable. So, they're holding their breath for the next disaster :=)
There's a great snorkel place near our resort.. Its called Xcaret.. a river that runs into the sea, with limestone caves and inner tube floating.. May get tickets on-line before we leave.. Save 10% :=)
We'll go to Cozumel on the local ferry.. Great snorkeling and fun bars there.. OK..I'm ready!!
Our flight is 10:30 Thursday morning.. we'll be in Cancun by 1:00..Hopefully on the beach by 3.. Finally, I'll be warm :=)
